The 700 member Country Club embarked on a master plan improvement program, including an extensive renovation of
the prestigious Robert Trent Jones, Sr. golf course, new clubhouse, and arrival drop-off. MDR was engaged to design a clubhouse to replace the functionally obsolete main building.
 

The 30,000 sf Mediterranean-style facility includes a two-story lobby, galleria, 42 seat bar, 110 person grille, 200 person banquet hall, administration offices, kitchen, golf shop, and boardroom with flexibility to serve as a private dining room. Views to the golf course were enhanced by introducing a higher floor elevation, and an extensive stepped terrace seating 120 persons. The existing Bella Vista building was given a facelift to the golfer’s terrace area with new patio cover.
