MDR developed the master plan and architecture for renovation of the 90,000 sf Jonathan Beach Club.  Built originally in the 1930’s, the club has had numerous additions over the years which have veered from the Spanish Colonial Revival character.  The master plan will unify the architectural character and integrate new, state-of-the-art improvements for the facility.  Durable and high quality materials and detailing were implemented to address the weathering effects of the maritime environment.
