The Golf Community at Education City is master planned as a simple leased housing community of 400 residences nestled within an 18-hole championship tournament golf course designed by world renowned golfer Jose Maria Olazabal. The golf course routing is located to maximize golf course views from both Education City and the four Golf Residential enclaves. Careful attention has been taken to preserve and incorporate important on-site features such as the rustic stone heritage wall and wadi.
