MDR was honored to design the very first hotel outside of the UAE for Emaar’s premium luxury ‘Address’ brand.  The hotel is located in a 624-hectare golf resort on Egypt’s beautiful North Coast and has beautiful views onto the signature 18-hole golf course.  The boutique hotel is comprised of 48 rooms and suites and 82 serviced apartments designed in a classic Tuscan architecture with modern interiors.  Also included are 5 restaurants, 250 sm banquet room, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools, and a luxury spa with 7 treatment rooms.
